All clothing products in the GetStonedOffArt shop are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Nothing is produced until after your order is placed, so please read below before purchasing.
Production
Production begins after your order is confirmed. Each clothing item is printed, quality-checked, and packaged specifically for you. Production typically takes [merchant-approved production time] before your order is ready to ship. During high-volume periods (holidays, launches, etc.) production time may extend slightly.
Shipping & Transit
Once production is complete, your order is handed off to the carrier you selected at checkout. Estimated transit times depend on your chosen shipping method and delivery destination:
- Standard Shipping: [merchant-approved standard carrier transit time]
- Expedited Shipping: [merchant-approved expedited carrier transit time] (where available)
Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs (for international orders) are outside our control.
Total Delivery Estimate
Add production time + transit time to estimate when your order will arrive. Total estimated delivery time = production time + carrier transit time. Actual delivery may be sooner or later depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our fulfillment partner. Use that number to follow your package directly with the carrier.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary — check at checkout for options to your location.
